11A few things to know
Consider it
an open book.
What is included each month?
Every successful billing cycle includes 3 menu drinks with no price cap or extra charge and 1 dessert up to $9.99. Standard drink customizations and add-ons are included. Active members also receive one birthday drink with no price cap.
When do my benefits renew?
Benefits refresh after each successful monthly payment on your own billing anniversary, rather than the first of the calendar month. Unused monthly drink and dessert credits expire at the end of that billing cycle and do not roll over.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, anytime. Your membership and remaining benefits stay active until the end of your paid billing cycle. You will not be charged for the next cycle. If you later rejoin, your membership streak starts again at month one.
How do milestone rewards work?
Rewards unlock after the corresponding successful payment in your continuous membership: an extra dessert at three months, Onyx coffee beans at six, the Club Tee at nine, and a special Infusion Box with surprise contents at twelve. Certain Club items are earned only and are not sold separately.
How long can I use my birthday drink?
Your birthday drink is available for three days (72 hours) from when the privilege opens. Your account shows the exact deadline. Choose any menu drink, with no price cap or extra charge. Active membership is required.
What happens if a renewal payment fails?
For temporary payment failures, we make up to three collection attempts in total, 24 hours apart. If the bank blocks further attempts, you have 48 hours from the failed payment to update your card; we do not keep retrying the blocked card. Your earned rewards and membership streak are kept during this recovery period. New monthly privileges open only after successful payment. Your membership is automatically canceled after the third unsuccessful attempt, or when a blocked card is not corrected within 48 hours. Returning after cancellation starts a new streak; your Founding number, if assigned, stays yours.
What makes a Founding Member?
The first one hundred paid members receive a permanent Founding Member number after successful payment. Public display of your full name and number on the Founding One Hundred wall is a required part of Founding membership, disclosed before enrollment. There is no optional name-visibility setting. Applicable privacy rights remain in place. Numbers are never reassigned; leaving and returning starts a new membership streak.
Where can I use my membership?
In store at participating Infusion Lab locations. Membership benefits are not available through third-party delivery services. The Club is designed to travel with you as participating Infusion locations grow.
Can I share my monthly credits?
Membership is individual. Your regular monthly drink and dessert credits belong to you and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
How do I join?
Choose Join Club to download the Infusion Lab app from the App Store. In the app, sign in or create your free account, then open The Club to review and join the membership. Your privileges and Founding number begin only after your first confirmed membership payment.
