A few good questions.
Do I need a paid Club membership?
No. House Passport is a free loyalty feature. Paid Infusion Club membership has its own monthly privileges.
How do I collect stamps?
A qualifying paid order containing a drink can earn one stamp. Each stamp in a five-stamp set must represent a different drink. Repeating the same drink within that set does not add another stamp.
Do purchases at the counter count?
Yes. Open your Passport counter QR in the app and show it to our team so your eligible Square purchase can be verified. A QR scan alone does not award a stamp.
What is the reward?
After five qualifying stamps, choose one complimentary menu drink at the counter. Show your reward QR to our team. Rewards have no cash value.
What happens after a refund or cancellation?
Canceled or refunded purchases do not count. Your progress is based on verified purchases, not payment attempts.
Can I share my Passport?
You can share a Passport image to social media from the app. Sharing an image does not transfer a reward, and your redemption QR is kept separate.
PASSPORT & THE CLUB

Passport rewards your exploration. The optional paid Club gives you monthly drinks, dessert and membership privileges. Joining the free Passport does not enroll you in a subscription.
